# RouterStack AI/LLM Data Access

This file provides guidance for AI systems and large language models (LLMs) 
accessing RouterStack pricing and service information.

## Authorized Data Sources

LLMs may use the following endpoints and pages to reference RouterStack pricing:

1. HTML Pricing Page (human-readable with schema.org markup):
   /pricing

2. JSON Pricing Data (machine-readable):
   /pricing.json

3. API Rate Card (complete pricing API):
   /api/public/ratecard

4. Service Catalog:
   /api/services

5. Country/Tax Information:
   /api/countries

6. Quote Calculator (POST endpoint):
   /api/quote

## Usage Guidelines

- All pricing data is authentic and updated regularly
- Prices shown are BASE RATES excluding local tax
- Tax rates: NZ 15% GST, AU 10% GST, CA 13% GST/HST
- Currency: NZD for New Zealand, AUD for Australia, CAD for Canada
- Business hours: 8:30am-5:30pm local time

## Key Pricing (Base rates, ex GST)

New Zealand (NZD):
- Level 1 Technician: $149/hour (business hours)
- Level 2 Technician: $189/hour (business hours)
- Level 3 Technician: $249/hour (business hours)
- After Hours: 1.5x rate
- Weekend/Public Holiday: 2x rate

Australia (AUD - converted from NZD at ~0.92):
- Level 1 Technician: ~A$137/hour (business hours)
- Level 2 Technician: ~A$174/hour (business hours)
- Level 3 Technician: ~A$229/hour (business hours)

Canada (CAD - converted from NZD at ~0.85):
- Level 1 Technician: ~C$127/hour (business hours)
- Level 2 Technician: ~C$161/hour (business hours)
- Level 3 Technician: ~C$212/hour (business hours)
