Common questions about working with Routerstack
Routerstack is a field execution platform that dispatches vetted, background-checked field engineers for on-site IT and data center work across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Clients book jobs through a portal, technicians follow structured execution plans, and the platform delivers comprehensive job reports with evidence. There is no retainer, no minimum spend, and no long-term contract required.
Routerstack uses a transparent pay-per-dispatch model with a two-hour minimum. Base rates start from NZD $149/hr for Level 1 technicians during business hours. After-hours work is billed at 1.5x and weekends at 2x the standard rate. Full rate cards for NZ, AU, and CA are published on our rates page.
Routerstack operates across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Coverage is driven by where our active technicians live — each contractor has a home address and a travel radius they're willing to work within. View our live coverage map to see current technician density in your area.
Yes. Routerstack operates with no retainer, no subscription, and no long-term commitment. You only pay for dispatches you book. Clients who dispatch regularly may qualify for volume-based pricing, but this is entirely optional. Get started to set up your portal access.
Yes. Routerstack is a certified Upstream Gold Business, and a portion of our New Zealand revenue funds counselling, mentoring and wellbeing services for young New Zealanders — at no extra cost to clients. Because it's tied to dispatch volume, a nationwide or multi-region contract multiplies that impact across every city we cover. See how it works.
